What do I need for my appointment?

You'll need clean hair before Ashleigh arrives and she will need a well lit area with a low chair for your hair cut or other services.

Do I have to clean up after?

No, Ashleigh will clean everything before she leaves.

Can I get my hair cut outside if the weather is nice?

Yes!

Does Mobile Cuts and More have a Covid-19 Policy?

Ashleigh has been vaccinated. She will wear a mask and so will the client. Please sanitize the area where you will be getting your service before Ashleigh comes. All of her tools will be sanitized in between each customer. Other than the client getting services, Ashleigh will keep a 6 feet distance from anyone else at the site.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you provide us with 48 hours notice of cancellation for any appointments. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling due to Covid symptoms or self isolation will not be charged.

What is your refund policy?

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your services,please let us know within seven days of your service. We are committed to making the corrections needed for your satisfaction.

Do you accept tips?

Yes! Tips are not expected but are definitely appreciated.
